My specialties include detail location of improvements and features including utilities in and around my client’s property. I am a perfectionist and demand clarity of my maps of survey. I want my clients to be able to understand the maps I provide them. Abbreviations are used only when necessary for clarity. I pride myself in the arrangement of detail. Notes, arrows and features are shown legible and clear, so a layman will be better able to understand and read the maps of survey I provide. Time is of the essence when it comes to your closings, my staff and I will adapt accordingly to handle your surveying requirements.
